Hello everyone, my name is Raquel and I own an operate columbia River cottages in Northport Washington. I am going to start managing a place for some people and I was just wondering if anybody had any input on what percentage to charge for those services? I will be doing everything as far as checking in checking out collecting the money advertising on my website everything but maintenance on the house.
