Hi all, I have a question and couldn't find any relevant answers online: when you have one common account as a host and as a guest, if you, for example, receive a bad rating as a guest, will that affect your host rating too? Or vice versa? Are the ratings interconnected or not? Thank you!

It may make you less savoury as a would-be guest, @Tata39, and some some folk looking for a listing might take a poke around to check out what hosts have said about you, but the two are not intrinsically linked. Of course, if you get a one-star and thumbs down for being a veritable guest from hell, you may not qualify for some IB listings.
