Refined search capability please!

I spend SO much time drilling down into listings & reviews to figure out how suitable any given property is for our needs. Here are some things I'd love to be able to efficiently search for:

Soaking Tubs

Shaded Outdoor Spaces

Lounge-ability (is there a deep, comfortable sofa?)

Walk-ability Score, especially to good coffee (!)

Degree of Solitude (for leaving the world behind)

Ground Floor Bedroom/Bath (for grandma)

Vintage Properties
