Refunding

Hello everyone,

I’ve booked a Airbnb for 192€ but when I looked at the Airbnb I’ve booked it showed me a completely different Airbnb and it said that it costs 109€, yet my bank account said that 192€ has been taken from my account.

I canceled my reservation on time but I’ve only received 82€ back although it said that I’ll receive a full refund.

I’ve contacted the host multiple times but he has never replied to my messages.

Is there anything I can do about this?

You need to contact Airbnb about it.

The cancellation policy attached calculates the refund.

You cancelled "on time", what does it mean ?

Also when cancellig during the procedure the details about the refund are explained.
