Hi Does anyone know if a guest wants to cancel a reservation but Reservation fee and service fee are both non-refundable as she has already cancelled other bookings multiple times this years di I get pay out on what she is about to lose or does airbnb keep it?

@Terri295  The reservation cost will go to you and Airbnb will retain their service fees.

@Terri295 It depends totally on your cancellation policy. I don't believe how many times the guest has cancelled affects this is any way.

@Mike-And-Jane0 I think what Kerry is refering to is that this guest has apparently cancelled more than 3 times in a year, and that is why the guest's service fees are non-refundable.
