Request for help

 I have question. Me and my husband have two apartments on your platform and doing this job almost five years. This booking our apartments is only source of the financial that we have we don't have other job's.

We are read that Airbnb have financial support for the hosts who are superhosts and have two apartments on your platform but we don't know where we can send the request for that support? It would really mean lot to us until this situation with covid little relax and people start travel. Can you help us with this and give us some direction what to do about this?
