Hi,
one of my reservations made a request to change dates which I accepted. However, the dates on my calendar haven't been changed so someone can still book the new dates. Can you help?

If the change was accepted, you receive a confirmation of the change, with old/new dates.
The actual update of the calender (especcially the multicalender is very slow) can take some time. So hopefully the issue resolves itself by waiting....

Hello, I have a question about this subject. The family called me to request dates change due to COVID in the family which I accepted over the phone. They want a open calendar for February. How can I handle this situation. I’m new in Airbnb and I don’t want to make a mistake.
