How do guest reviews left for a guest I am looking to host, refer to a person with a different name than the potential guest that I am considering to host? I’ve seen this more than once and the reviews seem fake, how does this happen? I like to look for ‘red flags’ before accepting a guest, otherwise what’s the point of the reviews, but if the whole review talks about Helen and the verified guest is Ryan, seems suspicious.
