Guest wanted me to cancel her reservation 5 days before her check in day. I did not accept.
Guest did not cancel his reservation. Guest didn't stay at my house.
Guest wrote this case Airbnb support. Airbnb support accepted my decided.
Guest wrote reviews about my listing.
I think guest wrote bad reviews because I did not any money refund.
Guest did not stay at home, could not get a refund. In this case, I believe that it is not fair to write any review.
