Just a heads up to everybody with an Airbnb, I had a retaliation review because I would not let a guest stay a couple extra nights. Airbnb did not have my back at all. Pretty much just blew me off like it didn’t matter well I have not had one reservation since that review. Don’t count on them to help you when you need it.

Hi @Jeremy1330 To 'jog' the search algorithms I would suggest editing a few random things on your listing, such as adding a photo or a few words to the description. Also try lowering your cancellation policy, at least temporarily. And/or adding a discount for whatever. All these things can help promote your listing in search results.

I am curious, how did you convey to this guest that you couldn't accommodate them for a couple of extra nights? I am curious why they seem to have taken great offence because of it.
