It is most likely a scam trying to get you to click on the link. Report it to AirBNB. You can respond to the message so you don't lose your response rate.

It's a scam that has been mentioned in this forum before.  Follow the recommendation to report the profile.  Respond with something like a period/full stop just to maintain your response time rating.
