Recently we've been dealing with too many scammers on Airbnb 6 out of 4 are scamming
Common factors of scammers :
1 New Account
2 No reviews
3 Multiple trips but ratio of review too low
4 Guest starts complaining after check out
5 Guest will make refund request and complaint at late night so if you dont respond within hour Airbnb will refund and agrees to whatever they because you did not respond within 1 hour
I had to put on again Request to book on all of my listings because of this and i have to decline when i'm having these doubts
Airbnb really should do something about it
These type of guests literally harass us mentally just because they want compensation or refund all the time
