Hello everyone!
The world is a little crazy right now, sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in everything, and we forget to take a moment for ourselves.
You might be familiar with the movie “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” where he says:
“Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
I thought that it might be nice if we take a mindful moment, and spend a few minutes observing the space around us.
Please share with us in the comments the view from your window - you can describe it with words - or maybe you’d like to share a photo with us. You can talk about how it makes you feel, and for those (like me!) who are working from home, did you choose a particular window for a reason?

The photo I’ve shared above is the view from my front door at sunset, as this is my view when I go for a coffee break.

I woke up to a non-existent view - the fog so dense, all I could see was the neighbours’ house. Looks like the rest of the day will be beautiful, though!
