Smart Pricing not so smart
I dexided to leave the calendar open trusting the smart pricing, a minimum and a maximum
Almost imediately i got a booking for 4 days in New Years Eve (dec 30/31 jan 1/2)
At the minimum price!!!!
When usualky prices are 5 times more!!
What the #@$@#
Cant Airbnb realize New Year Eve is high season???
Very upset about this

So learned lesson here: do not trust Smart Pricing.
BTW You can see on you calender what prices are set by Smart Pricing, so should not be a suprise.
I use Smart pricing, but with a very small bandwit, then it works fine.

I learned something. I didn’t know you can set the “smart” range. Thanks

I personally don't use Smart Pricing - but if you do want to continue to use it here are a few links that may help.
