I am same as Alice. I have been a superhost for over 2 years. I filled out request on Nov. 16th, the day I received it. I haven't heard anything back. How can we contact them? Probably can't.

As usual, being an Airbnb Super Host for a number of years and still get thrown to the curb by this company.  I was with VRBO for a number of years and they were always helpful and kind but now switching to Airbnb is not a well-run company and with that, it will diminish over time.
