Subletting without permission

i am not a host nor a guest in this case.

i am the owner of a flat. i rented to a tenant that began to subletting it through airbnb.

without my permission (we expressly mentioned that i wont allow it in the rental agreement that they signed); without the neighbours' permission (that is required in my city); and without the municipality permissions.

i want to know TO WHOM i should complain at airbnb in order to have this announcement suspended.

i am surprised airbnb allows people without proper rights to rent properties on its platform

@Miko--MichelAngelo-0 Airbnb probably won't care. You need to evict your tenant for breaking the terms of the lease

There are 5.6 million active Airbnb listings, @Miko--MichelAngelo-0, so it would be a very tall order for Brian and his crew to police. Like @Mike-And-Jane0 says, you need to be complaining to your tenant.
