Sudden 28% drop on response rate

Hello I discovered today that my response rate is at 60% from 88% that I had before 2 weeks ago. Meanwhile I haven't received any reservations or any messages and I am really confused as to why this happened. It also says that it might freeze my listing. How is this even possible I have responded to every message I've received, it doesn't make any sense. Thanks in advance.

I've had a similar issue as I have not recieved Txt/ SMS alerts and my account had a serious IT Glitch and my response rate dropped as I was unable to access my messages.

Are you able to see if @Κική0 has also been subjected to similar Glitches  that I'm still trying to get resolved?
C/S have referred mine to Tech Support, I've not heard from them yet, nor has it been corrected...) due to the above and CS said they personally can't change it to correct it as it is due to no fault of my own.
