Superhost ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผโ™ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Hi guys, I'm so excited at being a superhost. I'm based in Central London - very conveniently located.

My journey has not been smooth.

I have over 700 five star reviews as a property manager (turnovers, end of tenancy, construction, handyman etc) and have a team. This naturally made Airbnb hosts contact me for my services.

This means I've been single handedly running Airbnb's for clients who live abroad (and have never met me) for over 3 years!! But they never added me as a co - host, so have no reviews from their properties (estimated at over 400 reviews lost) because I was not added as a co-host.

Fast โฉ forward - I asked many landlords to allow me to rent their properties and kept getting NO ๐Ÿ™‚โ€โ†”๏ธ...so...

last year I BUILT my own Airbnb ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

* It had over 85% occupancy within the first day of listing

* Became a "rare to find property" within about 6 weeks

*..and I've just become a SUPERHOST๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿฅณ...all within 2 months!!!!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ...I just made it ...as annoyingly had some cancellations so nearly did not meet the criteria.

The sacrifice of 1/2 night bookings has paid off ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿฑ

I'm so excited about Airbnb and raring to go, consuming as much information as possible. I'm looking for properties to rent or co host in Central London. All properties are welcome but have a lot of experience with luxurious properties.

I used to single handedly run ONE IF THR MOST EXPENSIVE AND LUXURIOUS PROPERTIES IN LONDON - the owner was based abroad and never me or my team.

I can't tell you the personal joy I get from being on the other side of the build and actually hosting guests - I LOVE WHAT I DO SO MUCH ๐Ÿ˜œ ๐Ÿ˜œ ๐Ÿ˜

In summary: when one door closes (or in my case) many doors - don't give up, build your own or keep going. MANIFEST AND PRAY ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Big hugs ๐Ÿค— ๐Ÿ’•

Cyn

@Rebecca Thanks for taking the time to read my message. I was managing luxury properties, some up to ยฃ800 per night (and other, non luxury).

Im a genuinely kind and caring person, but I found that rich people had the highest of expectations and not always appreciative or grateful. With my property, I build the relationship before the customer arrives. Everyone so far has been marvellous ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ, one lady said she was brought to tears by me (in a good way!)

@C197 When I started taking longer trips, I realized how much good sleep changes the whole travel experience. Recently, Iโ€™ve been working with a few fellow travel lovers on a small project related to making nights on the road more comfortable. Would love to swap stories with anyone whoโ€™s curious about this too โ€” feel free to drop me a message anytime! ๐Ÿ˜Š
