My wife and I have been Superhosts for six years. We started with one listing, then added a second. When I retired we added a third. We have been significantly affected by COVID19 cancellations and I don’t understand why we would not be considered for relief due to our having 3 listings. thanks for your consideration
Because simply it allows Airbnb to reduce any potential payouts. Airbnb set their own rules on everything they do. It doesn't matter what is right or wrong in their view. We are in the same situation. Sadly there's no point challenging it. Stay safe
