Superhost Status

Hi there,

As far as you see that I'm a superhost since 2017 and during the past years my performance met always with the Superhost requirements.
I'm very disappointed and shocked after I realized that you took my superhost status, even I do not have guests in the last 3 months due to the government travel restrictions. Please let me know what is the reason behind I did not earn the status this time and unfortunately first time..

@Eva2282 Airbnb have waived all of the criteria except the last 12 months rating and cancellations. If you have less than a 4.8 rating then this will be why you have lost super host status
