I just received a strange inquiry, "Hello landlord." No communication about details of travel or requests, just "hello landlord." The inquiry is from Dai, no photo, just joined Airbnb, no reviews. This person is apparently seeking preapproval of a stay from December 1-15. I have these dates available, so I don't know why this person doesn't just book it, rather than seek preapproval. Just looks fishy to me. Anyone else think it's weird? Here's the post:

The person didn't just book it because it's not a real guest. Respond with "Not available" and archive the inquiry.
