Jemma from the Gold Coast with rooms in Chevron Renaissance is a shonky host who will mislead you, put you in different rooms to the photos, never give you credit & ignore all communication - never book through her.

@Claire1766 You would be far better leaving an honest review than posting here. As a world-wide forum it is unlikely you will reach anyone relevant.

@Claire1766  Thanks for the warning, but it's really unnecessary because the host already has literally hundreds of horrible reviews. Next time, I really suggest checking those reviews before you book.

@Claire1766  Why on earth would you book a place that has almost nothing but horrible reviews saying she is a scammer? I don't even see a listing on her profile anymore.
