I'm new here, and look forward to learning. 

I'm a host based in Calabar, Nigeria, where I manage a 12-room hotel, Afrikana Suites. 

Any tips and hints will be appreciated.

Your listing offers multople rooms in a hotel.

It also seems to me the two listings are duplicates of each other.

This is not correct. You need to create a listing for each room,

Each room will have it's own booking calender and must show correct amount of guests, beds and bath

Now the amount of beds is not correct. I see a double bed on the photos, which will be counted as 1 bed.

You need to add the captions to listing, from the editor there are options to provide size/type of beds.
