I have tried millions of times to click on Accept of this request. It just won’t let me go thru, no matter what device I use/browser I use. It really frustrates me out. Also I called the customer service several times, and each time I was told to wait for the case manager to investigate and will contact me soon. And now 20 hrs passed already, I’m still waiting for this mystery person. Did this happen to anyone here before? Help! Please!
