Unfortunate App Change - Airbnb Community

Unfortunate App Change

Is anybody really frustrated by the change to the inbox whereas we used to be able to save our house manuals and send them out with ease but now even adding it as a document it still falls out of the box and I’m left having to use the personal email of the customer
