Unregistered guests

My guest just snuck a man into their (a woman and a man) room after I went to sleep.  Then they text messaged me (at 11pm) to "let me know that they had a close friend staying with them over night". I texted back  (at 4am) when I found the message on my phone that "That is not Okay".  While I am awake, because I can't go back to sleep now, I hear one person go to the bathroom and I waited  in the hall for them to come back out. I saw that it was the unregistered guest, and I asked him to leave. My registered guests are claiming they can have unregistered guests. I said no.

Who is right? It's my house!

@Joann1197 you are, but if you don't already have a specific provision for this in your house rules, add it.

At this point, if I were you I would probably call Airbnb and ask them to cancel the reservation and tell these guests to find another place to stay. But that's your call.
