Using a different card to extend stay

I have an upcoming reservation that has been booked and paid for months ago. I want to extend my stay by one day. Would it be possible to use a second credit card for the extended day charge?

Just change your credit card number on your AirBNB account and all future AirBNB booking will be charged to your new CC
