Hi, I have made a booking and paid in full for a trip for my sister, myself and her two children. We have now discovered my sister has an existing credit with AirBNB and would like to apply that against the booking for her share of the costs. How do we go about managing this?
You can't. Only credits from the person who booked are taken into account, but also credits can never be applied after a reservation has been confirmed and payed for.
@Sue1872 What @Emiel1 said is true, but if your sister would like to use that voucher during the trip, it can also be applied for an Experience listing.
