Yeah, I just got dinged a 4 on value. I could feel it coming... sometimes you just get a sense by their communication/lack thereof and how they've left the place (dirty). During peak season, which is now, I charge $295 a night plus $75 cleaning fee. This is for a private cabin/house on two wooded acres with a big, beautiful deck and huge windows overlooking a lake, full kitchen, jetted shower, soaking tub for two... everything down to the bubble bath and q-tips is provided. I even gift my guests a locally made bath bomb, body butter, and soap trio. The only local hotel is a dated Red Lion, which currently goes for $250 a night. And they gave me a 4. Some people are just cheap. Can't do much about it but pour a glass of wine.
