Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question.
I opened a support ticket a while ago and just got a response in my email from response@airbnb.com with some follow up questions. I couldn't find the response in my Airbnb messages, and the email only had a link to the Airbnb Help Center (www.airbnb.com/help ). Do I just respond to the email directly or can I find the message somewhere on the Airbnb site?

Any messages should be in your dashboard after you log-in to Airbnb. Have you checked there?
@Stacy224 Did you try your Inbox, switching from "hosting messages" to "travelling messages". All my messages from CS appear in the "travelling", even though I have never travelled as a guest.
Yes, I've checked both of these places/solutions, but I wasn't able to find the message.
FWIW, apparently responding directly to the email did the trick, as I did that and got a response from support today.
