Where can I see the support messages?

I had to recently open a resolution center case and I wonder where I can see the messages received from the support team? I received emails directly in my email inbox but not in my airbnb inbox

Are you logged in as a host or guest? For some reason, mine usually show up in my guest inbox even though the queries are almost always to do with hosting.
