If a guest shows up without the person who booked the reservation or shows up with more people than quantity allowed, do they get a refund if they are refused entry due to their obvious disregard for the policies they agreed to? Latest reply by Kelly149

I have had no refunds for bookings cancelled in March/April/May due to the COVID 19 crisis. I think there were two weeks bookings. I hope to re start bookings from 26 July if the Welsh Government gives permission to visit the area.Gareth Williams Latest reply by Sarah977
