as of feb 1st you now need a permit to run your airbnb. however none of the available permits work for rentals that have more then one room available to rent to multiple guests on the same day that are short term. what is everyone doing about this?

Just curious where to access the years transactions or tax info. Does Airbnb mail a 1099? Is it on the app? Thanks!
