How do I leave a review for someone that canceled a paid reservation before arrival???? I have no clue who they are. You need to fix that in your software.

HiOur guest made a mistake on their booking. The original booking had the check-out taking place today at 11am, but when we went to clean the place at 2pm the guests were still there. They incorrectly thought that they had booked until tomorrow morning....
