We noticed that our 4.95 rating hasn't changed despite over two years of 5 star bookings. While we had gotten a total of 2 or 3 ratings years before that were around 4.5 the rest were all 5 stars. Did some checking on a number of other host locations ... Latest reply by Richard531

@Airbnb we try SO hard to be fantastic hosts and give every guests the best experience. The other day when it was 104 outside a guest checked in and was livid the house was 76. We gave him a FULL refund and I helped him find a new place to stay. Fast forw... Latest reply by Richard531
