My listing was recently suspended due to "an incident" unknown to me. Airbnb refused to tell me the details so I was unable to refute the claim.How can one correct something if they don't know the full story. Has this happened to anyone else? LM

A guest said that the house wasn't clean and I know it was clean. She did not give me a bad review publicly but she must have said something in a private message to airbnb and now my cleanliness rating is 4.97. What can I do about that.
