I have not been able to find any information on this. Do guests who have cancelled their reservation still have access to a host's address and exact location? They do have access to inbox communication which may contain other personal information.

I was offered a full refund because of a Covid lockdown cancellation. However I didn't receive the full amount ... the Airbnb host did tick the full refund however do Airbnb still retain 12% of the booking fee for themselves?
