Following on that guests names don’t have to be disclosed on booking form in these covid times, I contacted Airbnb and apparently it’s up to the hosts to ask for all the details of people in your property, for either covid and government calls to check ... Latest reply by Mary996

The phone support line is unreachable with a message "your call can't be completed at this time - please try again later". Started yesterday. I have a refund issue I haven't faced before. A guest cancelled and we have a flexible policy so a refund is fine... Latest reply by Patrick1040
