We have a couple who booked for 14 nights as they were doing a course. The weather has forced the cancellation of the course and it will continue in a few months time. What do we do about the refund.

also they have stayed for 9 nights and had booked for 15 nights

Do we just get their account details or does Airbnb do the return transfer and clear our bookings

@Denise-And-Chris0  The guest has to cancel the rest of their booking and they will be refunded automatically according to your cancellation policy and the cancelled dates will open up.
