co-hosting

Can someone please explain to me how co-hosting works?  is it like you have a personal agreement between yourself and another host or does airbnb dictate the agreement? any help is much appreciated!

@Kari1779 It's completely between you and the co-host. Just make sure you have a written agreement where all expectations, payment and tasks are clear.
