could you please explaine how it works?

I have found the flat via Facebook theni received the Invoice from AirBNB email with conditions to pay to private bank. 

Do I have to pay to private bank or payment via AirBNB?

Do not converse with or pay any monies to anyone outside of airbnb. It’s a scam!
