I have been asking this question before I say yes they do care but since the pandemic, they start treating us differently and guests became hard to host.
you really don't have business at your city located Airbnb properties but also bullied around the guests. when you report ......the case goes to ---> Airbnb robot (not solved) ---> ambassador (not solved) ---> Airbnb customer service agent (not solved) ---> Airbnb case manager (not solved) ---> then closes by time passes while you are waiting for them to solve it. have you encountered something like this? especially nowadays.
I have a reservation still not solved after the guest created too many issues.
