getting my super host status back.

I have been waiting through many assessment periods and im not sure why I havent recieved my super host status back. I was told that I wouldnt be penalized for my past cancellations? My reviews as a host have always been high in all other areas. I feel like I am being over looked every assessment period. I believe it is effecting my bookings for quite some time. I am hoping to resolve this and hope to get my staus back during this assessment period.

Theres certain stats you need to have, ask an airbnb rep to review. Its not just reviews.

@Suzanne661 You aren’t being overlooked; it’s an algorithm. Look under Progress -> Superhost to see where you stand vs target  stats.
