I think you are saying you would like guest to request to book rather than instant book, is that right?

You go to your listing

Booking settings - and you can change from IB to request to book there

 

@Robin4 posted a really handy guide which I dont' think he would mind if I re posted.

this is a great step by step guide about how to set up your listing - there is always something to learn
