Why are all listings (not just mine) blannk when I log in to airbnb.co.uk so I cannot see anything except light grey boxes

I've read a variety of steps for how to respond to a review left by a guest, but since 2018, the way I used to be able to do so has disappeared, and I' don't see on the Android app or on my desktop how I can reply to a guest's review. I rarely reply, but these guys were so nice about keeping me posted and actually apologetic about not being able to stay longer, I just wanted to say something nice. But can't find a way!
Try: www.airbnb.com/users/reviews
then choose: "leave public response" (only available if time limit has not expired)
I don't see thst option from the app or on my laptop. That's why I asked. It just isn't there.
ok, I can do it, but only by clicking the red Write a Response link in the email we get that says "Read So-and-So's review," and only on my laptop. Clicking on that link in the email on my phone just sends me to my profile page. Weird, but at least there is a way.
