item left Behind

Hello I was a guest in Barcelona and I left my watch in the Apartement, the host said she found it, and would be sent back, and offering money for the item to be sent but for 2 months she was not been replying to the text messages!! Does anyone know what should i do ?

@Fabio952 Have you tried messaging them on Airbnb, rather than by text messenger?

If there is a paper trail through Airbnb messenger where she said she would send it but didn't, perhaps you can ask Airbnb to step in to help you. I don't know if they will do anything in this instance, but perhaps worth a try.
