If you are having a problem with your guest you need to contact customer service.
you can do this by clicking help then the reservation in question - you will be given a series of prompts - you can elect to message or phone. I would recommend phoning.
ALSO you could post a descriptino of your difficulty here and other hosts may offer their advice adn guidance.
