my listing suspended

I have just listed my property and it is showing suspended with no explanation. Tried to call yesterday and despite promise to call back. Had nothing

You should check if the listing violates some Airbnb terms

For example:

- mentioning suitable for parties

- violating (local) laws

- discriminating by gender, age etc..

- Incorrect property type or amenities etc..

3rd party website links

Personal info like email addresses or phone numbers

Wording in the description asking guests to call or email you for more information

They did it to us too.   We had a completely, absolutely bogus complaint from a guest who admitted he was a paranoid schizophrenic.   Ours finally got resolved but I do have a solution which I have shared in other conversations.  email me at cathiclose799@hotmail.com  and I can explain the safeguard we have in place now for issues like this.   Or find my explanation on another thread here.
