As a long-time super host, I need to express my extreme disappointment in this proposed rate structure. This is just so you can hide the simple fact that you are charging what is an appropriate fee for booking services and then have that amount appear as income for the host! Then we are expected to pay additional transient accommodation and general excise tax on the total amount, which we do not receive but is deducted from our payout as "service fees."

Please reconsider this unfair tactic which will cost your hosts.
