@Claudia1174 There is no such thing as a deposit on Airbnb. The only way the guest could have paid a deposit is if you broke the rules and collected it separately from their payment.
Got it thank you. I will verify in within 14 days that the guest made no damage. I did not collect anything I just wrote in the listing in the appropriate section the deposit fee.
@Claudia1174 It's crazy that AIrbnb still has the "Security Deposit" placebo in the listing editor to trick hosts. They've never collected deposits and never will.
I realize that and they must have removed it because I looked for it again and could not find it. They must have changed it with the after the fact insurance claim. Oh well, fingers crossed that I find no damages.
